In the washing machine: use the cap as a dispenser, pour two or three caps into the fabric softener compartment depending on the desired intensity. By hand: use the cap as a dispenser, pour three or four caps into 5 liters of water during the final rinse, using protective gloves.
Caution: If spilled, it may damage surfaces, in which case clean immediately.
